CABERNET SAUVIGNON
SONOMA COUNTY 2019

(BY SINGEAL ESTATE)

DETAILS Cabernet Sauvignon fuses superior talent, assiduous fruit selection, and rigorous science in creating this value-focused Cabernet. Their commitment to excellence and obsessive attention to detail paid off, resulting in an enchanting wine that tastes like it should be much more expensive.

As Antonio Galloni declared in his Vinous review, “The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Details is stunning.”

Sourced from some of the finest vineyards in Sonoma County. The majority of the Cabernet Sauvignon for the blend comes from Sonoma Valley. Both Knights Valley and Alexander Valley are cooler climates for Cabernet Sauvignon, which bring elegance, nuance, and acid structure to the blend.

The DETAILS team handpicks the fruit to precise analytics, resulting in optimized aromas, flavors, and structure.

2019 marks the second vintage of DETAILS, a relatively new project by the owner of Sinegal Estate, David Sinegal, and winemaker Ryan Knoth, who makes the Sinegal and DETAILS wines.

Ryan gained valuable experience working under the tutelage of icons David Abreu, Michel Rolland, and Fredrik Johansson at Staglin Vineyards. He also worked with Jim Barbour and Philippe Melka at Gandona Estate.

The result is a stellar wine comprised of 78% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Malbec 5% Merlot, 5% Petite Syrah, 4% Petit Verdot. The wine will provide unlimited moments of pleasure, enjoyment, and satisfaction, at a very favorable price.

From Vinous Media: “The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Details is stunning. Vibrant and explosive in the glass, the Details Cabernet shows just how compelling Cabernet can be beyond Napa Valley. Gravel, crushed rocks, menthol, licorice, plum and incense saturate the palate. This inky, structured Cabernet is one of the very finest Cabernets readers will find in its price point, or virtually any price point, for that matter. The 2019 is a blend from sites in Sonoma Valley, Alexander Valley and Knights Valley.”
96 Points —Antonio Galloni

Two Old Dogs is an extension of the JACK wine portfolio through a partnership between Major League teammates Chris Iannetta and Vernon Wells and highly respected vintner Jennifer Lamb. They teamed up with Julien Fayard to make the wine, calling on his experience at Chateau Lafite Rothschild and Chateau Smith Haut Lafitte in Bordeaux and numerous top Napa Valley Estates.

Tasting Notes: “The 2019 Two Old Dogs Cabernet Sauvignon begins with notes of violets, volcanic rock minerality, red and black plums, dried herbs, and espresso. The palate is lush with soft tannins and flavors of blueberry, cassis, and dark chocolate. This wine has a solid backbone for further aging, but due to its supple texture is drinking wonderfully.”

Tasting Notes: “The Sequum Kidd Ranch Napa Cabernet Sauvignon 2016 begins with a complex nose that includes black cherry cola, sassafras, uncooked peppered steak, sweet violets, milk chocolate, Italian glove leather, and vanilla spice. The complexity continues on the palate with juicy black plums, wild blackberries, and kalamata olives, along with a savory quality that balances these characteristics. It is a beautiful wine with charisma and character that shines even brighter with every sip.”
94+ Points —Kevin M. Vogt, Master Sommelier
