Rochioli Chardonnay is made in a concentrated style with stunning focus and noble balance. The 2018 combines fruit from their single vineyards in Sonoma County’s Russian River Valley, and was thoughtfully constructed to represent the essence and character of the entire estate.
The varying soil types, proximity to the Pacific Ocean and the contours of the valley, that allow fog and cool evening breezes all play a roll in what makes this site one of California’s “Grand Cru” Vineyards.
Tom Rochioli’s winemaking philosophy of producing terroir-driven wines that are made with minimal intervention, and built on a foundation of superb fruit, helped make them one of the top Chardonnay and Pinot Noir producers in North America.

It is a fine example of the unique characteristics from our property & the Russian River Valley. Aromas of ripe apple, mineral and a touch of spice with rich complex flavors and crisp acidity.”
