The 2019 Sauvignon Blanc was founded from a single site in Napa Valley’s cooler-climate Oak Knoll AVA where the clay loam soils, combined with the San Pablo Bay cooling influences, are ideal for ripening Sauvignon Blanc.

Lewis winemaker Josh Widaman whom previously made wine at Pahlmeyer, fermented this Sauvignon Blanc in a combination of neutral French Oak barrels and Stainless steel tank, in order to add layers to the mouthfeel and preserve freshness.
