The blocks that go into Georges de Latour were planted in the early 1900’s, with the first vintage of 1936 Georges de Latour Private Reserve released in 1940, in honor of the winery founder’s passing.

Under the guidance of one of the world’s most iconic winemakers, Andre Tchelistcheff, BV built on a reputation of excellence and achievements.

Today the BV wines are crafted by Trevor Durling, only the fifth winemaker in the winery’s 119-year history.

The wines are crafted inside the winery’s new state-of-the-art facility where they combine both time-honored traditions with modern technologies. I highly recommend adding some to your cellar.
